The purpose of the high viscosity systems are to provide filtered, tempered high pressure sealer, UBC, wax, dampening and other materials to the end users (automatic/manual applicators) with the proper temperature, pressure and flow rates while maintaining an overall balanced circulation system.

 

A properly balanced circulation system is achieved by properly designing the system’s piping flow dynamics and pressure drops to maintain the required flow and temperatures based on the various material viscosities and automation internal hosing/valve arrangements.
