The purpose of the paint circulation systems is to provide filtered, tempered Waterborne and/or Solvent Borne paint materials to the end users (automatic/manual applicators) with the proper temperature, pressure and flow rates while maintaining an overall balanced circulation system.

 

A properly balanced circulation system is achieved by properly designing the system’s piping flow dynamics and pressure drops to maintain the required flow velocities based on the various paint viscosities and automation internal hosing/valve arrangements.
